Training Partners Sought

Do you like to exercise in the morning before work or in the evening after work? Does taking a walk with a friend lighten the load? Are you having a problem committing to your routine? You aren't alone. To jump start your motivation and add non-competitive fun to your workout, become a training partner. We ride the bikes, walk the bike paths, climb the stairs, use the weight machine, and encourage one another to COMMIT TO BE FIT ! Join us.
  • The access to Boulder trails and bike paths from each NCAR/UCAR locations provide ample chances to get a change of view, breath of fresh air, or an invigorating exercise. Whether the day is warm, cool or hot, walking is a great way to unwind. To inquire about taking walks in a group or with another walker, contact Cheryl Cristanelli.
  • To make a request for a training partner for the exercise equipment in the UCAR Fitness Facilities, contact Jo Hansen.
