Please arrive at class dressed down and
ready to go!
My view of exercise
is that it should be something that is fun! A participant should
be able to get a good cardiovascular and muscle strengthening
workout while doing something enjoyable. I feel step aerobics
offers this wonderful combination. In addition, participants feel
a strong sense of camaraderie with fellow participants.
These classes will
focus on simple step routines designed for beginner to intermediate
steppers. All routines will get the heart rate up to the appropriate
"fat burning zone" - where we all want it to be!
Class
format
Each class will
include the following:
- 5 minute warm-up
and stretching
- approx. 30 minutes
of cardio work - "steppin"
- approx. 20 minutes
body toning
- 5 minute cool
down and stretching
Class cost:
- Two Free classes
to try it out
- Punch Card (5
punches) - $10.00 (no expiration)
- Punch card is
valid for all classes
- Drop-In fee
$2.00 each class
