Black Bag Service

An intersite express package service is provided for urgent document deliveries. To send an item "black bag," go to the reception desk and complete a tag with the name, destination, and extension of the recipient. The material you wish to send MUST fit in the bag provided. Oversized material must be cleared in advance by the Transportation Manager, ext. 8504, or sent on the afternoon delivery run. For this service, call Logistics at ext 1922.

ML and FL Service

Black-bag service for urgent interoffice mail is available between the Mesa and Foothills Labs every 30 minutes on shuttles leaving between 7:05 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

FLA Service

FLA Black Bag service will be provided every 30 minutes during Shuttle Express hours, 9:25-11:25 a.m., and 1:20-3:50 p.m.

Latest time to get a bag to FLA from ML: 3:25
  from FL: 2:55
  from CG: 3:10
  from RAF: 11:00

Center Green Service

Black Bag service to/from Center Green is available from 10:15 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. Bags dropped at the CG1 front desk after 3:10 will be delivered the following morning.

  from FLA: 2:00
  from RAF: 11:00

FL4 Service

FL4 Black Bag service has been discontinued. Staff can utilize the FLA Black Bag service across the street for incoming and outgoing bags.

RAF Service

Black bags are picked up and delivered to RAF on the daily mail run at 11:00 a.m.

  from FL: 9:00
  from FLA: 9:00
  from CG: 9:30

Emergency Black Bag Service

For emergency black bag service outside the regularly scheduled times, please contact any front desk during business hours. For after hours service, please contact Security at ext. 1139.
