Call the mail room to
add, delete, or update employee or visitor information ASAP to ensure
rapid and accurate delivery.
Former employee's mail
will continue to be sent to the departments in which they last worked.
Only first class mail can be forwarded to terminated employees,
and remember to obliterate the bar code.
To eliminate junk mail,
send the piece of unwanted mail to the Mail Room with a note requesting
withdrawal from the unwanted solicitors mail list. Material Handling
Services staff will send in the appropriate request form.
