Upper and Mid-Back

Upper Back, Wrist, and Forearm Stretch

  • While sitting upright in your chair, interlock the fingers, and twist your hands forward while extending your arms outward.
  • Feel the stretch in the upper back, mid-back, forearms, and wrists.
  • Hold for 4-5 slow breaths.
  • Lower the arms and relax the shoulders.
