Upper and Mid-Back
Upper Back, Wrist, and Forearm Stretch
- While sitting upright in your chair, interlock the fingers, and twist your hands forward while extending your arms outward.
- Feel the stretch in the upper back, mid-back, forearms, and wrists.
- Hold for 4-5 slow breaths.
- Lower the arms and relax the shoulders.
