7.  Records Retention

7.1  All records of source procurement, disposal, surveys used to determine exposures, and approved user applications are kept for the duration of the license.

7.2  Retain all other records for a minimum of 5 years.

7.3  Report stolen, lost or missing sources to the RSO who will file a report with the licensing jurisdiction.
