Dial 911 for Fire department, ambulance, chemical spill, security, building emergencies
Emergency numbers are answered 24 hour/day, 365 days/year
First Aid team members may be available during standard business hours and are dispatched by calling 911
In the event of emergency requiring building evacuation:

Employees are alerted by an audio alarm accompanied by strobe alarms

Employees must treat all alarms as real

All employees shall evacuate immediately by means of the nearest available marked exit
with the exception of security staff, maintenance mechanics, and maintenance electricians, who may need to operate ventilation and alarm systems, shut down or monitor critical operations before they evacuate. These staff may only stay in the building if there is no immediate life-threatening situation.

In the event of fire, any employee who has been trained may use extinguishers provided in the workplace to attempt to extinguish the fire before evacuating.

During an emergency evacuation, employees are to gather at the designated locations. Maps

All employees must check in with representatives designated by each division/program. In the case of a short-term evacuation or drill staff waits for authorization to re-enter the building. Employees will be dismissed from the site in case of long-term evacuation.
