Teriyaki-marinated steak, grilled then sliced. Served with jasmine rice. - $16.00 pp

 

Teriyaki Glazed Salmon Filet

Almond Crusted Pork Loin

Served with a cranberry-apple conserve and mashed potatoes. - $16.00 pp

 

Fish Crusted with Parmesan & Herbs

Served with steamed new potatoes. - $16.00 pp

 

 

Chicken Marsala

Sauteed chicken breast with a mushroom and marsala wine sauce. Served with linguine. - $16.00 pp

 

Vegetarian Strudel

Sauteed vegetables with toasted almonds and cheese wrapped in a filo pastry crust. Served with white and wild rice. - $13.00 pp

 

Taos Stuffed Chicken Breast

Breaded chicken breast filled with Monterey Jack cheese and green chiles. Served with southwestern rice and pico de gallo. - $16.00 pp

Vegetarian Bowtie Pasta Primavera

Pasta tossed with vinaigrette dressing and vegetables. - $12.00 pp
