Lower Back
Lower Back and Abdominal Stretch
- While standing upright with the knees slightly bent, cross the arms as if you are hugging yourself.
- Gently rotate the trunk side to side 10 times.
- Feel the stretch in the lower back and the sides (obliques).
- Do not twist beyond comfort.
