Legs
Upper Leg: Hamstring Stretch

Sit upright on the edge of the chair with the left foot flat on the floor and the right leg extended in front of you with the right foot flexed and the heel on the floor.

Keeping the back straight, slowly lean forward.

Feel the stretch in the back of the right thigh (hamstring).

Hold for 4-5 slow breaths.

Slowly lean back to the upright position.
-
Switch legs and repeat.
