Ankles

Ankle Stretch

 
  • While sitting upright in your chair, hold the sides of the chair and plant your feet flat on the floor.
  • Fully extend the right leg forward.
  • Flex the foot for 4-5 slow breaths.
  • Point the foot for 4-5 slow breaths.
  • Rotate the ankle clockwise five times.
  • Rotate the ankle counterclockwise five times.
  • Feel the stretch in the ankle.
  • Slowly flex the leg and return the right foot to the floor.
  • Repeat with the left leg.
