A question has arisen as to the meaning of "rentals MUST be in UCAR's name". Does this pertain to the "visitors, PSC, and other authorized persons", or to everyone? When reservations are made, they are usually through Boulder Travel, but if the rental is not thru Hertz, the information taken is all personal and UCAR is not referenced. If not thru Hertz, payment is personally made and then reimbursed.
