A regular driver is a UCAR employee who operates any vehicle on UCAR business to execute his or her normal work-related duties and responsibilities as defined in his or her Position Description (PD). While other employees may occasionally drive a vehicle when doing their job, if driving is not a requirement for the position, they would not be considered a 'regular driver'.
