You can instruct person(s) wishing to file a claim to contact the Risk Management & Insurance Office directly by telephone. Claims for damage to personal property are sent to our liability carrier to determine whether there is negligence on the part of the UCAR. Our insurance company will investigate the incident and arrange the settlement or denial of any claims.
