In December 2000, a negotiation team entered into negotiations with Boulder Travel
Contract awarded to Boulder Travel in January 2001 with the following advantages to UCAR travelers:
- Service fee per transaction for agent-assisted ticketing
- Free on-line booking tool (web-based and customized)
- No charge for traveler profiles
- Dedicated account travel agents
- Existing discounted rates with hotels and rental cars
- 24/7 assistance
