FTE:

Staffing by fte reports active employees* in each reporting group

based upon their employment status and fte code within the

human resources data base at a point in time.

Example:  An employee working at .5 fte with a profile showing an

equal split in two divisions (i.e. HAO and MMM) would be counted as .5

within the organization and entity selection.  However, this same

employee would be counted as .25 in the HAO division selection

and .25 in the MMM division selection.

Casual employees as well as employees on personal leave of absences

are included in staffing by fte.  Employees on long-term disability

and non-support visitors are excluded.

*Employees in Division ISS are located primarily in the entity

UCAR.

** Employees previously reported in Division OFPS are now being reported

within Division JOSS.

*** Employees previously reported in Division UNAVCO are now being

reported within Division GST.
