	Person Year:
	Staffing by person years is a fiscal year calculation which considers
	the time period during the current fiscal year in which an individual was
	actively employed and the individual's fte code during that time.  Person
	year reports all employees within a selected reporting group (division, entity
	and organization) based on the sum of their fte's for each month during
	the fiscal year, multiplied by their percentages of time assigned to the
	group, divided by 12.  The calculation will project to the end of the fiscal
	year the person year equivalent for each account key listed in the
	employees profile that meets the selection criteria.
	Casual employees as well as employees on personal leave of absences
	are included in person years.  Employees on long-term disability
	and non-support visitors are excluded.
	* Employees in Division ISS and FSS are located primarily in the entity
	UCAR.
	** Employees previously reported in Division OFPS are now being reported
	within Division JOSS.
	*** Employees previously reported in Division UNAVCO are now being
	reported within Division GST.
