| Staffing by person years is a fiscal year calculation which considers | |||||||||||||||
| the time period during the current fiscal year in which an individual was | |||||||||||||||
| actively employed and the individual's fte code during that time. Person | |||||||||||||||
| year reports all employees within a selected reporting group (division, entity | |||||||||||||||
| and organization) based on the sum of their fte's for each month during | |||||||||||||||
| the fiscal year, multiplied by their percentages of time assigned to the | |||||||||||||||
| group, divided by 12. The calculation will project to the end of the fiscal | |||||||||||||||
| year the person year equivalent for each account key listed in the | |||||||||||||||
| employees profile that meets the selection criteria. | |||||||||||||||
| Casual employees as well as employees on personal leave of absences | |||||||||||||||
| are included in person years. Employees on long-term disability | |||||||||||||||
| and non-support visitors are excluded. | |||||||||||||||
