Person year reports all employees within a selected reporting group (division, entity and organization) based on the sum of their fte's for each month during the fiscal year, multiplied by their percentages of time assigned to the group, divided by 12. The calculation will project to the end of the fiscal year the person year equivalent for each account key listed in the employees profile that meets the selection criteria.
