  1. For NCAR, FY00 Regular NSF funding of $69,628,975 reflects the NCAR Preliminary Program Plan of $62,147,000 (reduced by $460,000 CSL-MPS FY 2000 forward funding received in FY 1999) and FY99 carryover funds of $15,144,682. The plan level consists of a preliminary target of $54,992,000 and CSL funding of $7,615,000. FY99 carryover funds consist of committed ($14,002,763) and uncommitted, but programmed ($1,141,919) carryover. Special NSF funds from ATM consists of $3.202,832 in FY99 carryover.   2. NCAR non-NSF funding that is received through the NSF Cooperative Agreement consists of FY99 carryover funds totaling $8,001,879. Non-NSF FY00 funding totals $1,720,800. Of the amount received through the NSF Cooperative Agreement, FY00 expenditures and commitments total $9,423,986. New funds from outside contracts received directly by NCAR total $2,518,155. For UOP, FY00 NSF Funded Programs received through the NSF Cooperative Agreement by contract amendment and posted totals $8,703,686, which consists of FY99 carryover funds committed ($922,581) and uncommitted but programmed ($7,781,105). UOP NSF grants from non-ATM divisions total $3,750 of which $2,741 is programmed but uncommitted FY99 carryover and committed FY99 carryover is $1,009. UOP non-NSF funding that is received through the NSF Cooperative Agreement totals $5,932,261, which consists of committed ($470,991), uncommitted but programmed ($5,413,469) carryover and FY00 new funds ($47,800).
