Person Year: |
Staffing by person years
is a fiscal year calculation which considers |
|
|
the time period during
the current fiscal year in which an individual was |
|
|
actively
employed and the individual's fte code during that time. Person |
|
|
year reports all
employees within a selected reporting group (division, entity |
|
|
and organization) based
on the sum of their fte's for each month during |
|
|
|
the fiscal year,
multiplied by their percentages of time assigned to the |
|
|
group,
divided by 12. The calculation will
project to the end of the fiscal |
|
|
year the person year
equivalent for each account key listed in the |
|
|
employees
profile that meets the selection criteria. |
|
|
|
Casual
employees as well as employees on personal leave of absences |
|
|
are
included in person years. Employees
on long-term disability |
|
|
and non-support visitors are
excluded. |
|
|
|
|
|
