Since Check 21 was passed in October of 2004, there has been significant progress and adoption of check to image conversion. This presentation will discuss that progress, provide statistics, actions taken to move toward electronic payments, the Federal Reserves strategy, and options for check conversion including Remote Check Capture - its pros and cons, Image Cash Letter and ACH Conversion.
