Intellectual Property in Government Contracting

Speaker:  Meg McClellan

The federal government has its own specific way of doing business which is largely spelled out in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) or related Defense Acquisition Regulations (DFARs) for defense agencies.  This course will take you through one specific aspect of government contracting to untangle the web of regulations regarding intellectual property.    If you provide intellectual property to the government, or work under government funded research grants, you will want to know the basics or sharpen your skills in this area.
