Future Trends in Employee Benefits

We will review key results from the Watson Wyatt/NBGH survey on employee benefits - the focus of this survey looks at what companies that have low healthcare cost increases are doing differently from those with high healthcare cost increases. We will also discuss new approaches to providing retiree medical benefits for Medicare eligible retirees. Lastly, we will review some interesting research on the effects of consumer driven health plans both from the employer and employee perspective.
