Security of Electronic Information and Responding to Information Breaches
Speakers: Paul Ohm & Richard Johnson
Paul Ohm, a law professor at the University of Colorado School of Law, will provide recommendations, from a practical and legal perspective regarding what to do to help protect your organization against information breaches; how to respond when you believe that your e-system is being attacked and information is at risk; what to consider when reporting an information breach to government authorities. Richard Johnson, the head of UCAR security, will provide general recommendations and insight, from the perspective of one directly involved in IT security, regarding incident prevention and incident response as well as issues IT must consider when returning a breached system to service.
