Cliff ThomasMercury Risk Services Cliff Thomas is the founder of Mercury Risk Services, a provider of organizational preparedness services based in Fort Collins, Colorado. He has over 20 years of related experience in the military, government, and industry. Cliff is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Policy & Management from the University of Denver, and was a recipient of the Vice President’s Hammer Award for work in developing federal emergency response regulations for the U.S. Coast Guard. |
