Topic Spotlight ...
    Technology Transfer, Myths and Realities...
Panel: Ken Porter, University of Colorado, Rich Bolin, The National Renewable Energy Lab, and Liza Eschbach, Colorado State University Research Foundation
What are your most difficult technology transfer issues?  Do you find it hard to convince your researchers to work with you?  Measuring the effectiveness of technology transfer activities in research labs can be challenging.  For many labs, their unique areas of research make it too difficult to find peer organizations for comparison.  Nevertheless, in general, the most successful technology transfer programs ensure that the public will have access to the technology and that any new innovations will be available to help people, society and the environment worldwide.

This diverse panel will share their experiences in working with researchers, patents and technologies.  They will share stories of finding successes in the most unlikely places and surviving set backs and challenges.  Come listen, learn and share your questions and experiences.
