Measuring Sustainability Initiatives

This presentation will survey various sustainability assessment tools currently in use in different sectors from Fortune 500s to higher education. Definitions and goals related to sustainability will be discussed. Benefits and barriers to producing an assessment will be reviewed. Finally, a deeper look at the evolution of the new Sustainability Tracking and Ratings and Systems (STARS) will be presented.
