Delaine Orendorff

Delaine Orendorff is a certified compensation professional with the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR.) Her current position is Compensation and HR Manager. Delaine has served in various positions on compensation boards and committees, and is a past President of the Rocky Mountain Compensation Association. In addition to compensation Delaine is certified in Organizational Development, Co-Active Coaching and Mediation, and is currently a certified senior Human Resources Professional. Delaine has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from York University in Toronto, Canada. She is working on completing her Master’s in Business Administration in 2010 and has recently become a member of the Business Honors Society, Beta Gamma Sigma.
