Mr. Nadel has represented employers in both private practice and as inhouse
counsel at a Fortune 100 company where Mr. Nadel served as Vice
President responsible for Employment and Labor Law. He has particular
expertise in working with employers to reduce the overall cost of
litigation by preventing litigation, managing litigation effectively,
reducing settlement costs, and reducing outside counsel fees. He has
represented employers in federal and state court, in arbitration, before the
National Labor Relations Board, and before the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission and its counterpart state agencies. He has also
advised clients on all aspects of employment law and labor relations. Mr.
Nadel has represented employers in litigation brought under trade secrets
laws, ERISA, wage and hour laws, various anti-discrimination laws,
labor laws, and various common law theories. He has negotiated
collective bargaining agreements, and sought and obtained injunctions
against unions both during strikes and for unlawful union activity during
the course of a collective bargaining agreement.
