Tom is a lead consultant and advocate in our Denver Employee Benefit Practice. His duties includes the strategic planning, marketing and directing of the service activities, as well as coordinating any internal and external resources that his clients require to keep their plan in compliance.
Tom earned his B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University in 1990 during which time he worked in banking and finance. The commencement of his employee benefits career began in 1994 at Unum, where he worked as a wholesaler assisting the brokerage community and their clients in the placement of employee benefit programs. He continued as a wholesaler with Cigna of Colorado from 1998-2001, during which time he became extremely knowledgeable in the self-funded medical marketplace.
He joined Willis in 2003 as Vice President after two successful years as a Employee Benefit Consultant with another national benefit brokerage and consulting firm.
