Measuring Up! Enlighten, Inspire, Motivate, Innovate...

The Measuring Up Conference, hosted by UCAR, is now in its third year and we have once again begun our quest for speakers. Following last year's theme of "It's the End of the World as We Know It" we are moving forward to 2010 to "Enlighten, Inspire, Motivate, and Innovate." As we emerge from metamorphosis with a new lens, what is the necessary framework for success? How do we create a workplace that recognizes the whole person, fostering dedication and growth? In 2010, Measuring Up will focus on global perspective, workplace technology, sustainability and the environment, mindful management, and strength in numbers.

We invite you to submit an abstract that would be a paragraph or two, if you feel you have an experience you can offer, positive or negative. Sorry, no airfare or hotel for speakers, but you don't have to pay the conference fee!

Please submit your abstract by September 11, 2009. We really want to hear from you!

This conference is open to everyone. We welcome your input. If you don't want to present, feel free to send us topics you would like to hear about.
