Our mission is to provide legal advice and solutions to UCAR to advance its scientific, research and business objectives.  In doing so, we partner with you to provide advice and counsel that facilitates the achievement of goals, minimizes legal exposure, and protects UCAR's personnel and assets.  We do this by:
