The Office of General Counsel

The Office of General Counsel (OGC) provides a diverse legal practice to the UCAR family of organizations.  In addition to intellectual property management, protection and transfer, the OGC provides legal expertise in a wide variety of issues:

Bonds, contracts, agreements, employment, export, insurance and risk management, policies and procedures, property, and UCAR Foundation and subsidiary governance.

OGC works diligently to build trust and give effective and meaningful advice to its customers.  We view inquiries as opportunities, not burdens.
