Supervisors should notify IT and/or their Divisional Systems Administrator as soon as possible of new hires.
UCAS
UCAR Central Authentication Services (UCAS -- formerly called the Gatekeeper password). This account is used to access Timecard, UCAR internal Web sites, other UCAR Web apps (e.g., Signature Authority, Advance Notice), etc.

Card Access and Authorization
Obtain and complete Card Access and Authorization form. Submit form to FL or ML Site Services Coordinators (Front Desk Receptionists) for processing.
