Help Desk

The F&A IT Help Desk is a customer's first point of contact for computing assistance for all F&A IT services, applications, and computers. It also handles F&A IT communications such as alerts and instructions.

The Help Desk is staffed

We strive to be responsive, courteous, and professional. If your needs are not met to your satisfaction, please contact the F&A IT Operations Manager.
