Meeting Maker Calendaring
Meeting Maker 8.8
Meeting Maker is a real-time, cross-platform enterprise scheduling solution. Meeting Maker allows users to connect directly from Windows and Macintosh machines, and via a Web client. It offers support for PalmOS handheld computers via a Palm conduit, which is now a separate install. Non-PalmOS mobile devices, such as Blackberry and iPhone, can be synchronized with Meeting Maker using the third-party client NotifyLink for Meeting Maker, which must be purchased through Contracts.
Check the links below for information, support and forms for Meeting Maker:
We are upgrading to Meeting Maker version 8.8 in Q2 2009 for these reasons:
- Install and support for Mac OS 10.5 Leopard and Microsoft Vista (including Admin).
- Support for the web client in Safari 3 and drag-drop in all calendars, including web client.
- Ability to make minor changes to a meeting without sending new proposals.
Refer to the Frequently Asked Questions for information on preparing for the upgrade. All data older than April 1, 2006 will be purged at the time of the upgrade, so if you need to keep any older data, use the FAQ to print and/or save it outside of Meeting Maker. Your Divisional System Administrators are aware of the upgrade and can help you prepare for it.
