The Timecard application is designed to allow employees of UCAR/NCAR/UCP to enter their work and leave hours from any location which has access to the Internet. The Timecard application allows employees to accurately reflect the actual hours that they worked by both account key and time type. In addition, the timecard application allows supervisors and appropriate administrative personnel to review their employee’s electronic timecards for accuracy and also authorize timecards, if necessary.

About Online Travel
The Online Travel application is used by UCAR Travelers to obtain travel authorization numbers twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. In addition, the Online Travel application grants users the ability to generate Traveler ID’s and to search and review trip information.

About Advance Notice
The Advance Notice application is used to record and maintain all proposal information for use by UCAR and for compliance with the National Science Foundation (NSF) cooperative agreement. The Advance Notice application assists users through the various steps in submitting a proposal at UCAR then interfaces the proposal data to the Contract Management Module within Bi-Tech.

About Signature Authority
The Signature Authority application is designed to allow employees of UCAR/NCAR/UCP to review and update authority data from any location which has access to the Internet. Employees are able to access and update information on authorities such as Requisition/Account Authority, Contractual Authority, Travel Authority and Acting Authority. In addition, the application will also allow employees to look at historical authority information.
