Project Management Office

Welcome to the Project Management Office Web site. The PMO represents the organizational center of excellence for IT project management.

The purpose of the PMO is to serve as a focus for the planning, design, implementation and support of UCAR information systems.

The goal of the PMO is the implementation of formal project management processes and disciplines to deliver UCAR system development initiatives on time, within budget and to an agreed upon level of quality.
