Standard Desktops and Laptops
F&A IT has established standard configurations for desktop and laptop purchases. Adhering to these standards allows F&A IT to provide better service in setting up new systems and troubleshooting problems that arise. The standard desktop has a 4-year warranty while the laptops are covered for three (3) years.
- You must have purchasing authority and a UCAR credit card number to make the actual purchase. Or use the link below to create an E-Quote, then submit a Purchase Requisition with E-Quote number to Contracts and they can make your purchase.
- If you need it, you can customize the model with more memory and options.
- When your system arrives, send a setup request to the Help Desk.
- Contact the Help Desk with any questions or if you would like to discuss your need and get a recommendation.
