Problems Logging In?
If you have problems logging
in to a Web application, check the following:

Caps Lock is turned off

Your browser supports HTML 3.2
-
Your brower must support cookies
and the option is enabled

Your browser supports Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL)
If you still have trouble logging
in, send e-mail to helpdesk@fanda.ucar.edu or contact the IT Help Desk at x8888.
Return to the Web Application Login Screen, or use the Back button on your browser to return to the IT Login screen.
Need
a Login or Password?
To get a UCAR Central Authentication Services (UCAS) account, submit a request to your divisional system
administrator.
If you don't know who your
divisional system administrator is, ask your division administrator or your supervisor.
To obtain an account, you
must be a UCAR / NCAR employee and have a valid UCAR / NCAR user name assigned
to you by your divisional system administrator.

Forgot
Your Password?
If you have forgotten your password,
contact your divisional system administrator so he/she can get your UCAS
password reset for you. There is no way to check what your current password
is, so your divisional system administrator will have to get a new temporary
password assigned to your account.
If you don't know who your
divisional system administrator is, ask your division administrator or your supervisor.
If you can't reach any of your
divisional contacts, call the IT Help Desk at x8888.
If you have forgotten your
password and you are in F&A or G&A, call IT Help Desk at x8888.
