Manager and Supervisor Information

Logging into iVantage

What You'll View in iVantage

After logging in to the site, you will see menu items across the top bar:

  • Hide Menu -- Toggles between showing/not showing the left menu.

  • Tasks -- Utilities>Maintain My Account displays some maintenance procedures. The only maintenance item you will be able to adjust is the style sheet. This will change the screen background.

  • Reports -- Displays the reports available to you in the left menu.

  • Log Off -- Use to close the iVantage session.

  • Help -- Help button is currently not operational.

Running Reports

These pre-designed reports have been prepared for use by the Manager group. Once you click on the report you would like to run, there might be some parameters that you must enter to retrieve the information. You may run these any time and receive up-to-date data. Once data is entered in iVantage, it will immediately be included in the report. The reports can be exported to Excel and printed, as needed.

Available Manager reports:
Managers and supervisors will be able to view this report for employees within their chain of command.

  • Education Information

    Click on Reports>Reports>UCAR Reports>Education Information


Insert an "*" in both boxes to view all of your employees.

  • Employee List

    Click on Reports>Reports>UCAR Reports> Employee List

  • Personnel Profile

    Click on Reports>Reports>UCAR Reports>Personnel Profile

    Screen will appear: Reporting Criteria for Personnel Profile

    Enter the last name of the employee and TAB to "...”

    When the employee name appears (or select name), tab or click on “Generate Report”

    The Profile will appear on the screen. The report can be printed.

    To look up another Profile, click on Personnel Profile on the left menu and repeat the steps above.
