Human Resources offers HTH Worldwide health insurance to V2 Visitors. V2 Visitors are defined as visitors who are not on the UCAR payroll but who may receive a temporary living per diem or travel reimbursement. An HTH Worldwide health insurance enrollment form will be sent to new V2 visitors requesting coverage.  A new ID card will be issued along with a letter explaining the new health insurance plan. The billing for the insurance is for the total time the visitor is covered. The invoice will be processed through Human Resources and charged against the Lab/Division/Program account key listed on the V2 form. If you have any questions, please contact Cyd Perrone at x8710.
