EXECUTIVE COACHING

Coaching fosters the realization of extraordinary results when you have a clear vision and goals, based on your values, and is an area you and your coach will explore. In your confidential coaching relationship you will take action toward your goals as well as learn more about yourself along the way.

Often this requires experimenting with new ideas, stepping out of comfort zones that have become obstacles to success, or dropping old beliefs, attitudes and assumptions that no longer serve you and your vision.

There are other areas you may want to explore with your coach that will help you be more effective in your professional and personal life such as:

•  work/life balance
•  getting needed support
•  establishing important internal and external relationships
•  redesigning how you spend your time
•  understanding your impact on others and your environment
•  developing higher emotional intelligence

Your coach is not intended to be a mentor, teacher or consultant. Instead your coach will act as your partner in identifying what you want to create for yourself and your professional life. Using powerful questioning and listening techniques as well as strong intuition, your coach will help you in achieving success.

In order to get the most out of your time together, it is best to come to the coaching conversation with an idea of what you want to discuss. This may be a specific "hot" topic that you are facing in the moment, an aspect of a long term goal you are working on or a success you want to celebrate.

In service of deepening your learning and creating action around a topic, your coach may leave you with fieldwork in the form of a request, a challenge or an inquiry. You get to design with your coach how much you want to be "stretched" in the fieldwork and what you need from the coach to keep you in action and continuously learning.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

The coaching relationship is highly valued and confidential. Any exception to this will be made only with the participants' permission.

NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP:

The service to be provided by coach to the participant is coaching, as designed jointly with the participant. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes or general conditions in the participant's life or profession. Other coaching services include values clarification, brainstorming, identifying plans of actions, and examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions and making empowering requests.

Coaching results are not guaranteed. Participant enters into coaching with the understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
