CHAIN REACTION PARTNERS, LLC

Chain Reaction Partners, LLC ( Chain Reaction ) was formally established in March of 2002. For two years previous to that time, the partners were independent coaches and consultants who collaborated on several leadership development projects. All of the partners have been coaching, facilitating teams and delivering leadership programs since the late 1990s.

Chain Reaction 's work has spanned multiple industries including government, financial, educational, medical, wellness, software development, electronic engineering, consumer products, scientific and manufacturing. It is unique in that it builds on current leadership theories, adult learning principles, real life experiences, professional success and proven delivery techniques which are applicable and relevant in any environment.

The varied backgrounds of the partners in Chain Reaction provide direct experience and different perspectives on managing, leading and relating. The partners bring all of that experience combined with a commitment to developing people together in their work. Chain Reaction partners have proven their ability to work together synergistically, create custom programs to fit unique situations and to adapt current work for diverse audiences.

Since 2002, Chain Reaction has worked with the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) and the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) in developing and delivering classes and coaching participants in the UCAR Leadership Academy . For numerous UCAR divisions, Chain Reaction facilitated retreats, strategic planning sessions, mission and visioning exercises and team building sessions, coached individuals and provided conflict resolution.

Chain Reaction was selected as a primary partner to develop and deliver a six month leadership course for the executive level management of UCAR, the Executive Leadership Program (ELP). The second group of participants will soon be completing this program.
