EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM (ELP)

The ELP was launched in 2006 at the request of UCAR management to help meet the
growing expectations of executives in the areas of:
• Strategic Alignment
• Employee and Team Development
• Scientific Leadership
The program format and competency areas were developed in collaboration with
UCAR management, focus groups, Human Resources and Chain Reaction Partners.
The ELP is tailored to meet the needs of UCAR lab/division/program directors, associate
