AD&D pays 10% of Principal Sum up to a maximum of $25,000 if he/she sustains injury resulting from an accident which occurs while a passenger riding in or the licensed operator or a duly registered automobile and wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident as verified on the police report of the accident.
