CIGNA HMO and PPO plans: Annual exams are not a covered benefit. Vision care is only covered in the event of an illness or injury to the eye. Please refer to Flexible Spending Account Choices to pay for eye exam costs. CIGNA also offers discount eye exams, eyewear and contact lenses through Healthy Rewards.
