Boulder Rent Rate Information
If you are unfamiliar with Boulder or have not been here in a while, you
might not be aware of the price range of the Boulder housing market. To
give you an idea of what to expect, we have compiled this chart of approximate
ranges for different types of housing situations.
Please keep in mind that most unfurnished places require a lease
of at least three months and usually ask six months or more. It is much
easier to find furnished places for the shorter-term visit. Another point
to consider is that the furnished accommodations often include utilities,
whereas the unfurnished ones rarely do.
The UCAR/NCAR/UOP Housing Office rarely deals with unfurnished
room rental since these will usually require a meeting with the prospective
roommate prior to agreeing on a rental.
