OVERVIEW

Welcome!

The Online Travel system is used to record and maintain all travel information for use by UCAR staff.

The Online Travel system has been segmented into three phases:

The phases will be rolled out as they are available, beginning in September 2002 with Phase One.

Goals of the Online Travel system Phase One include:

	twenty-four hour generation of travel authorization numbers
	ability to generate Traveler ID's
	easy system access via any properly configured browser
	system functionality improvements
	report capability improvements

We encourage all users to attend a training seminar about this
